I
hereby appeal (överklagar) against your decision forcing me to
pay a fake invoice. Your decision completely ignores the facts
and does not provide any legal argument why we have to pay a
fake invoice. The invoice is incorrect according to NSVA. It
contains, according to the NSVA a charging item
which NSVA
calls , crazy (“tokig”) I request a correct invoice.
We are
trying to understand why our friends are afraid to question
authorities, why during Tegnell's press conferences only German
journalist Christian Stichler, not receiving an answer, dared to
ask the same question three times, and why my neighbor was
cheated out of 5000 kronor by a retroactive application of the
law and has not complained. I am striving to learn.
My request is simple: I want a
correct invoice and I am willing to pay it.
I have not received any explanation as to why I have been sent a
fake invoice (which, according to NSVA, is deemed "crazy" or
"tokig") from either NSVA or VISMA AMILI. I want to have an
legal explanation why I have to pay a fake invoice.
The situation is
straightforward and serves as a clear example of underlying
structural mechanisms. I consider it a violation of civil rights
and the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights to be coerced into
paying a false invoice simply to intimidate me.

Follow this case - we
document administrative oppression in Sweden
IS ADMINISTRATION CONFUSING CIVIL LAW WITH JANTE LAW
IN ORDER TO CONTROL CITIZENS’ MIND AND BEHAVIOUR
Oppression of citizens in Sweden?
Yes, Mr. Magnus Mansson CEO at visma.com,
initiated by Mr Dan
Lilja CEO of NSVA and
I guess Ms Anna Sandberg CEO
Ernst and Young, could
compare customer compliance with reality.
Here is how oppression occurs in Sweden: We monitor how the companies NSVA AB
and Visma Amili AB press a citizen into submission.
NSVA AB insists on paying a false/fake
invoice. After complaints, NSVA admits their mistake and
promises compensation later on, but then they use debt
collection (inkasso) Visma to execute a payment for a wrong
invoice, essentially forcing the citizen to accept the fraud. I
am requesting a correct invoice.
We are investigating the mechanisms of
oppression used in Sweden while strictly following the law.
Let’s see what will happen.
These are undemocratic forces of
coercion and repression, showing how powerful entities work to
crush a citizen. I have seen this in other countries as a UN
diplomat, and I now see it in Sweden. Of course, I could pay the
unjustly requested 60 kronor, but the invoice is incorrect, and
I want a proper one.
We are curious to see how these forces will proceed to bring
a citizen to submission.
I am also requesting all NSVA and Visma to provide information
about me in accordance with GDPR legislation. I wonder if NSVA
has a Customer Compliance Policy and I am still awaiting
information on their whistleblowing channel from NSVA.-
